That is why the Swiss company EMS, together with leading world dentists, developed a protocol for the guided biofilm method, or GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy), aimed at effectively removing bacterial films that may be associated with the development of caries, periodontitis and other oral diseases. GBT consists of eight mandatory stages.
- Diagnosis – examination of the oral cavity.
